These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ProbeCodex software and related services provided by Droidtech 42 AI Labs AB ("Droidtech", "we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using ProbeCodex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Droidtech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProbeCodex in accordance with the subscription plan you have purchased.

2.1 License Restrictions

• You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the software to third parties
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• You must comply with the activation and machine limit specified in your plan

3. Subscription and Payment

ProbeCodex is offered as a subscription service. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payments are processed through Stripe.

3.1 Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods

4. Data Processing

ProbeCodex is designed as a client-side tool. We do not collect or process your debugging data, source code, or AI prompts. For information about personal data we do collect (such as billing information), please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to ProbeCodex, including all intellectual property rights, belong to Droidtech 42 AI Labs AB. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

ProbeCodex is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droidtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use ProbeCodex will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the software. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
